Human Resources Business Partner (Northeast) The HR Business Partner will provide regional HR support to Ivy Rehab clinics in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. This position will have the ability to work remotely with periodic travel to clinics across the region and to Ivy's home office. This individual will need to live in the Northeast region. The HR Business Partner will need to be detail oriented and able to handle the day-to-day issues but also be able to look at the big picture and work and think strategically. This role will focus on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance. In addition, the HR Business Partner will provide support at the field level, including acquisition integration and de novo clinic opening, talent review and development, policy implementation, new hire onboarding, and employee relations and compliance.
