Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day administration of ALSAC’s comprehensive benefit programs including a focus on either health and welfare programs such as medical, pharmacy vision, dental, FSA, STD, LTD, EAP, AD&D and more or retirement plans and programs such as 401(k), 457(b) and (f), tuition assistance, financial wellness education, etc. Communicates and manages the activities of a full range of external service providers, such as: benefit plan consultants, legal advisors, insurers, and administrators regarding benefit policies, eligibility and coverage issues, and enrollment procedures. Responsible for analyzing employee benefit programs and plan designs to ensure they are competitive and compliant in the market.
