HHS is seeking Housekeepers and Floor Techs! Full Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Day/Evening/Night shifts available

Must be able to successfully pass a background check, E-verify, and drug screen.

Housekeeper Job Description

Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment.

  • Reports to the Environmental Services Director and Assistant Director for work scheduling.
  • Performs daily cleaning procedures in accordance with HHS training videos in assigned areas.
  • Records work completed on Area Assignment Checklist.
  • Police assigned area at the beginning of each shift.
  • Responds to Housekeeping pages.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the department Director.

Floor Tech Job Description:

Our goal is to provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment.

  • Reports to the Environmental Services Director for work scheduling.
  • In assigned areas, performs daily cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures in accordance with HHS training videos.
  • Records work completed on Area Assignment Checklist.
  • Responds to Housekeeping pages.
  • Performs floor stripping and extraction projects.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the department Director.
  • Able to lift 0 – 40 lb. frequently.
  • Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.
  • Capable of lifting furniture and equipment (25 –100 lb.) frequently.
  • Capable of pushing and pulling a cleaner cart, linen cart, or various equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift.
  • Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment (25 –100 lb.) frequently.
  • Must be able to handle/interact with all chemicals used (i.e., bleach, wax, Virex, etc.).
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and even other hours as needed per assigned area.
  • Must have communication skills in English.
