Pathfinder Development is looking for a self-motivated and highly ambitious individual to be a part of the Housekeeping team. The Housekeeper should be an ambassador for the brand and the hotel meeting guests each day. They are representatives of the highest quality of service we provide each day cleaning rooms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Per our culture you should provide a level of Platinum Service to each and every guest.
  • Always provides the highest quality guest service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms so that each guest feels welcome upon arrival or when coming home after a long day.
  • Clean, Organize, Dust, Polish, and Change linen and make beds according to brand standards.
  • Work directly with the Executive Housekeeper to follow standards for cleanliness standards established by the brand.
  • Be a Pathfinder ambassador greeting all guests, anticipating their needs, and providing platinum service.
  • Handle reasonable guests' requests or complaints and handle them with professionalism while solving any issues as they arise.
  • Organize and clean back of house storage areas before and after each shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department head.
  • Perform other additional projects as they arise to keep the hotel clean and guest completely satisfied.
  • Work quickly and efficiently while not compromising quality and integrity.
  • Participate in Daily Huddle.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work individually and as a team.
  • Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Reports to the General Manager & the Sales & Service Supervisor.
  • Cooperates with Sales and Service Associates and Housekeepers.
