Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing rooms and living quarters for the clients.
• Conducts and maintains the laundry services for the bedding materials and bathing towels.
• Inspect and report all safety hazards and infection control issues to the supervisor.
• Change client linens as required.
• ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping services with the nursing department when performing routine cleaning assignments in patient living and/or recreational areas.
• Check exit doors regularly to ensure access is free and blockage is removed.
• May also be assigned other tasks and duties necessary to ensure cleanliness and sanitization.

This is a full-time position that will work 7:00-3:30pm.

• Must be 18 years or older
• 8th grade education, High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years similar experience in a residential facility.
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude with all work-related contacts
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
