Duties & Responsibilities
- Make or strip all beds of the residents. Clean all common areas including resident’s room in a daily basis, to include vacuuming, dusting, polishing and empty trash.
- Clean and polish bathroom daily, including floor, cleaning toilet and shower and replacing soiled linen. Re-stock toilet paper and hand soap.
- Notify supervisor of any soiled carpets or repairs needed in residents rooms. Notify supervisor immediately of any linen shortage.
- Always leave areas clean and neat.
- Always provide proper respect for privacy and rights of residents.
- Always provide care and supervision to all residents.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to understand and speak English and follows instructions. Must have criminal record clearance including fingerprints prior to initial presence in the facility. Has good health with a physician’s report including tuberculosis clearance within the last six months or 7 days after employment.
Preferably has current Standard First Aid card taken from a recognized agency such as the American Red Cross.
