Customer Relations:- Open office and dispatch teams each morning
- Maintains positive customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Employee Relations:- Evaluates team members' work procedures and customers service skills and coaches employees when necessary
- Assists with interviewing and hiring new team members
- Trains and retrains employees when necessary
- Maintains positive employee retention
Qualifications:- Must be able to speak and write Spanish
- Must have valid driver's license, car insurance and safe driving record
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be available Mon-Fri from 7:30am until at least 4:00pm
- Two or more years' general business experience with customer interface required
- One or more years' supervisory experience necessary
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business procedures
- Ability to write reports and correspond with customers
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Basic computer skills
