What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferred
- Hoyer lift experience is a plus
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
- Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
- Minimum one year of documented experience required
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Hospice including end of life.
Shifts are available in New Hartford area and surrounding towns. We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule.
