Overview:The PM Guest Service Representative is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the front desk. The GSR represents the brand as all guests enter the hotel. Provide our guests/customers with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, meeting and then exceeding the needs of others whenever possible, able to think on your feet to solve guest problems, and have an ability for managing inquiries in connection with high-speed Internet service, telephone and, hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions and more. Able to work Afternoon/Evening shifts.
Responsibilities:Guest interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Help build customer loyalty by participating in various hotel programs. Troubleshoot in all areas of the hotel front office. Ensure all front office processes run smoothly. Increase service quality on an ogoing basis. Track guest feedback in order to provide consistant cusomer service. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivilent. Customer service experience. Hospitality background ideal.
