JOB DESCRIPTION-HOST

Do you like to SMILE! Do you want to get paid to talk to people and make them HAPPY! Then you should apply for the HOST position. Your focus will be to greet the Guests and accommodate their needs. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN!

Responsibilities will include:

• Greet the Guests
• Make the Guests feel welcome
• Provide a table in the Dining Room or Cantina
• Answer the phone
• Take Fiesta To Go Orders
• Bag the Fiesta To Go Order, making sure all items are included
• Handle payment for Fiesta To Go Orders

Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard dining room procedures, organization, ability to work with others, friendly, professional and Guest Obsessed demeanor toward guests. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
