Develop a thorough understanding of all menu items, including daily specials, improve that knowledge whenever possible and strive to share that knowledge as required by the Guest.
Legendary Hospitality
Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. Greet all Guests warmly and enthusiastically as they enter PURE. As quickly and efficiently as possible, escort Guests to their table and seat them properly. If there is a wait for tables, make sure the wait list is managed efficiently, wait times are quoted accurately, and Guests are aware of seating at the bar, if any. Respond immediately and appropriately to any situation where the Guest is perceives less than legendary service or hospitality, including involving a Manager. Inspect and clean assigned restroom every 30 minutes. Provide a sincere and appropriate farewell, and invitation to return to all Guests as they depart.

Provide warm, friendly and efficient service and hospitality so that every Guest becomes a repeat Guest.
Cost Controls
Clock in and out accurately according to your posted schedule. Carry, stack, store and clean plates, glassware and utensils properly. Avoid unnecessary breakage, and do not carelessly throw small wares in the trash. Maintain a clean host stand and address spills on the floor immediately.

No previous restaurant experience is required. Must project an attractive, positive and confident image to our Guests. Must be fluent in English. Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced setting while walking or standing for up to 8 hours per day.
