TeamHealth is looking for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our established hospitalist program at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, as a nocturnist. This clinician will work a seven-on, seven-off, block schedule from 4p.m. to 4 a.m. Responsibilities include admitting patients from the emergency room and accepting transfers from the free standing emergency rooms and other hospitals. Additionally, you will cross cover floor calls, performing consultations on the medical floors.

A minimum of one year of nurse practitioner or physician assistant level hospitalist experience is required for this position. Outpatient and urgent care experience do not qualify, and inpatient rotations during training do not qualify.
