Pay: $20-25/hour, depending on skills and experience

Job Type: Full-Time, M-F, 9-5

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

Property Management

• Trade training/skill specific expertise -
  • Apartment maintenance, light HVAC duties, and General Maintenance
• Develop and maintain apartment and building scheduling
• Manage daily crew routes, supplies and maintenance
• Maintain equipment quality and track use
• Purchase supplies, track expenses/billable time and aid in invoicing of property management services
• Coordinate and lead spring and fall clean up of each property
• Communication skills - 1:1 weekly meeting with Manager, communication with service recipients, team members and 3rd party contractors
• Develop/train Employment Services (ES) service recipients that are Crew Members
• Support ES services and report on goals

Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge skills and abilities).

• High school diploma/ GED required

• Must have a good standing valid drivers license, if driving is required

  • no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years

  • no major violations in the past 5 years

• Ability to pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services

• Possess the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation, including medical terminology, in English.
