At Home Care Solutions is seeking-Home Health Aides & Certified Nurse’s Aide

We our looking for aides who can cover these shifts in the area codes below. If you are interested and have the caring heart to provide great services to our members come in and join our team.

About the Position:
Perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):

• Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, grooming, care of mouth, skin, nails and hair
• Ambulation assistance and help with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Reminder of Medication
• Companionship, socializing with the client
• Cooking, meal and snack preparation, measuring and preparing special diets
• Shopping (grocery, household, other) and running errands
• Transport to and from appointments, shopping and/or other activities
• Perform homemaking activities including (but may not be limited to) dusting, vacuuming, sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning of common areas including kitchen and bathrooms, washing dishes, doing laundry, changing bed
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care
• Hospice Care

• Valid HHA certificate / C.N. A. (State license from Florida)
• Complete physical (within 1yr)
• PPD (within 1yr) or a Chest-Xray for a least under 5 yr.
• CEU's (Domestic Violence, Assisting with self medication, Alzheimer's disease, HIPPA, HIV/Aids, Osha, Blood-borne pathogens, Infection Control)
• CPR
• 2 reference letters (Professional)
• Valid ID and Social Security Card
• Employment authorization
• Level 2 Background from AHCA
