Home Instead, a provider of non-medical home care for older adults, has a full-time position for a Recruitment Coordinator that can develop and implement strategies for CAREGiver recruitment in the community and online. The Recruitment Coordinator will create, post and manage ads, conduct interviews (phone, in-person or virtual), hire, and coordinate the on-boarding process. This individual must be energetic, a self-starter, driven, organized, and possess excellent relationship management skills. Experience in human resource recruiting required. Experience in the senior care or healthcare industry a plus.
