We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas, Texas Team!!
Work Monday to Friday!!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on the showroom floor and strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
- Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
- Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
- Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information
Requirements:
- A college degree, or working towards a degree is preferred for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Pleasant personality for phone/in-person sales
- General computer skills
