Responsibilities
Springwoods Behavioral Health has an opening for an HIM/Medical Records Clerk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily chart assembly, pull charts, and copy as needed.
  • Answers telephone requests.
  • Release of information of medical records.
  • Other duties or task may be requested or assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Must be able to work and accomplish duties without close supervision.

Qualifications
Previous medical records or other related experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Ability to use fax, copier and phone. Familiar with computer software and computer systems. i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associates preferred
