CHEMISTRY/EARTH SCIENCE TEACHERWEST SPRINGFIELD HIGH SCHOOLQualifications: -Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution-Massachusetts D.E.S.E. Certification in Chemistry 8-12 or Earth and Space Science(8-12)-SEI Endorsement -Preference will go to candidates with both Chemistry and Earth and Space Science licensure.Description: Under the direction of the school principal and department head, the teacher will guide the educational process to ensure achievement of the district curriculum goals. Current teaching schedule has Earth Science courses in addition to Chemistry. The candidate must be able to plan and implement high quality standards-based lessons, differentiated for all learners that use a variety of current educational practices.
Experience teaching Chemistry/Earth Science in a High School setting preferred. You will instruct students in accordance with the educational philosophy, policies, and curriculum of the district. Salary: Per Unit A Contract
