Hemophilia Sales Executive - Detroit
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Hemophilia Sales Executive, are to:
- Establish new relationships and cultivate existing relationships with Health Care Providers (HCP’s) and staff in Key Accounts, centers and Practices to gain additional market share for product portfolio;
- Discover effectively and address account, center, and practice needs with compelling messages and solutions;
- Have dynamic development and execution of a comprehensive strategic and tactical territory sales business plan leveraging available data and tools including quarterly plan, gap analysis, marketing and professional education plan to achieve overall sales goals for all promoted products;
- Deliver results by collaborating with peers, community consultants and all applicable Bayer teams;
- Partner effectively with all responsible parties identified in the business plan to adhere to timelines for completion of all initiatives;
- Collaborate strongly with community role to pull through opportunities;
- Help refine and execute pull-through strategies for key accounts, centers and practices;
- Document all field activities in Veeva;
- Demonstrate procedural proficiency and knowledge of clinical data for all products;
- Partner with targeted physicians/hemophilia treatment centers to develop referral networks for portfolio;
- Manage territory operating budget;
- Provide feedback on product performance, competition, marketing practices and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure that all assigned employee training is completed and up to date;
- Operate strictly within the corporate code of conduct and compliance guidelines set forth by Bayer;
- Contribute effectively to the success of the organization and service to its internal and external customers by contributing to a positive work environment for all.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required with at least five years of demonstrated career progression in pharma and/or biotech field sales or at least two years as a Bayer multichannel inside sales consultant;
- Self starter, self-motivated achiever, and is accountable for achieving an assigned quota;
- Capable of maintaining accurate records of sample receipts and disbursements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Hemophilia.
