Essential Duties:Performs various administrative, housekeeping, runner, and other functions related to the Emergency Management needs of the Hospital. Screens visitors and telephone calls, referring as necessary to the appropriate department. Commuicates and interacts with staff, physicians, volunteers, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assists with cleaning services throughout hospital building areas
Ability to assess and refer customer issues to appropriate resource
Maintains strict adherence with HIPAA guidelines
One year of customer service experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent
Fast-paced environment subject to many interruptions
Subject to irregular hours
Subject to standing or sitting for long periods of time
