We are adding a Healthcare Clinical Recruiter to our team in office, based in Sanford, FL!
This position will work closely with leadership and other recruiters and client partners to attract and hire the best of the best in our industry to join our growing organization.
As one of our key Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by consistently identifying and attracting all-stars to our team.
You will be pushed to always improve the current recruiting strategy, with an emphasis on sourcing high quality active and passive candidates.
What you'll do
- The recruiter will be responsible for finding the best candidates for open positions and also, seeking and establishing relationships with clients to fill their open positions
- Schedule and facilitate candidate phone screens and interviews
- Enter, maintain, and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Schedule candidate debriefs
- Be the advocate for our candidates and provide updates to them regarding their applicant/interview status as needed
- Assist with coordinating onsite interviews as well as video meetings, phone interviews as needed
- Communicate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers providing the status of candidates, interviews, and debriefs
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process and create a world class candidate experience
- Build job descriptions and develop posting and interview strategies for maximum exposure
- Screen and qualify prospective applicants

- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, (Either Healthcare Technology OR Clinical/Nurse recruitment)
- Proven experience in recruiting for various healthcare roles
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve a common objective
- Confidence in taking ownership of recruiting practices
- Ability to accommodate and adapt to last minute changes
