Tasks
As the Head of product Line PARTS you will perform the following duties:
Manage the Product Line as a successful business unit within the organization, with full responsibility for profitability and revenue growth.
Align and drive the Product Line and its interfaces towards Customer Excellence and enable Digitalization.
Foster a ‘Global Winning Team’ spirit and drive a global mindset into the organization.
Oversee Customer Service and Fulfilment processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the design of the Product Line’s global Sales approach and necessary setup, develop and implement respective processes within the existing matrix environment.

Requirements
The ideal Head of product Line PARTS must fulfill the following requirements:
Monday – Friday 38 hours per week.
5s standard.
May require working additional hours.
Experience in the Aerospace industry desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in an economics field preferred or respective work experience.
Previous experience in Account Management, Fulfilment and/or Customer Service.
Proven ability to lead people and get positive results through others.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a corporate matrix environment.
Must have PC/Windows-based software experience and proficient in various Microsoft applications, including MS Office.
Right to work within the UK without any restrictions.
