Head of Plasma Digital Experiences serves as the strategic partner with the Plasma division, owning executive-level relationships.
Guiding with a digital mindset and a dedicated focus on the Plasma division, are accountable for defining strategies and opportunities that accelerate the migration from traditional transactional technologies and ways of working to one that embraces digitally native capabilities and experiences.
Through the development of digital journeys, the role will shape business demand and facilitate the creation of idea documents, business cases, and value plans; ensuring value optimization and communication; and enabling continuous improvement in all areas and people around them while also converging functions of I&T and the Plasma division.
Delivering breakthroughs with transformative solutions using information driven insights, machine-first automation, predictive lifecycle operations and a relentless focus on outcomes with impact to advance the Plasma division.
Ensures the operational stability of Plasma centric systems and solutions in line with business needs.
Principal Accountabilities:

Responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with donors, ensuring compliance and satisfactory donor experience.
Drive a Digital Product-Oriented Culture
Support the organization transformation to a Product-Oriented (Value Stream) solution development and delivery model.
Foster and orchestrate a broad community of talent, internal and external, to conduct experiments, trials, proofs of concept & value and rapid development work to enable continuous delivery and continuous Digital Experience enhancement
Accountable for ensuring the digital culture and values are reinforced and practiced such as transparency, collaboration, quality, innovation, customer focus and outcome driven.
Drive and support the identification of Product Managers and creation of Product Teams
Develop principles / rules for outcome-based success criteria and develop outcome KPIs
Ensure all Product Lines have "cradle to grave" roadmaps and are culled once they are no longer generating value
Determine Value Opportunity for Product Lines leading to determining block funding values and support the securing of funding required for each Product line
Promotes and is an active advocate for I&T Digital Agendas e.g. Digital Literacy
Digital Experience Design
Transform innovation, business opportunities and creative visions into tangible digital solutions that provide valued and strategic aligned outcomes.
Build outstanding end-to-end user-centric experiences and human centered design.
Be an advocate for our stakeholder groups and emerging technologies, ensuring their voice is in the center of all digital experience solutions.
Ensures digital strategy, stakeholder need, and UX thinking is transitioned successfully into design and development phases of the Sprints.
Digital Experience Delivery
Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that optimized experiences for Plasma Donors and Plasma Employees are being delivered.
Drive cross functional collaboration at all levels to highlight the need from our stakeholder groups through powerful communication and storytelling.
Proactively collect feedback from multiple stakeholders through every iteration to ensure the digital solution meets the need of our Patient, Plasma, Customer & Partner and Employees and continue to deliver value.
Identification and definition of value metrics/drivers with the value realization office for the monitoring of benefits across the user journey.
Lead and establish best practices, design thinking and human center design to drive the best digital experiences.
Drive A/B testing with statistical rigor and perform cohort studies with groups such as the Advocacy Groups to gain insightful information on digital solutions.
Creating and sustaining an exceptional Donor Digital Journey that is the complete sum of experiences donors go through when interacting with all aspects of the Plasma division.
Ensure owners of the Digital Foundations; Data & Analytics, Ecosystems / platforms and Technology Development platforms, create flexibility to allow Product teams enough autonomy to "self-build" customer-facing applications, etc. and make important functionality decisions
Innovation
Work in close collaboration with I&T Innovation and Strategy and Information & Analytics to identify opportuneness for innovation
Develop and foster innovative methodology to continuously improve Patient, Plasma, Customer & Partner and Employee Digital Experiences. Work collaboratively across I&T and the business to achieve strategic initiatives and ensure value-driven outcomes.
Assess research outcomes and determine key findings to create value propositions and personas.
Plan and conduct discovery workshops with project stakeholders, patient advocacy groups, relevant focus groups.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other related discipline.
Related Experience:
8+ years IT experience at senior levels, including specific experience in Human Factor Design, User Experience Design and Usability across more than one customer interaction channel
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
Global managerial experience and demonstrated leadership experience
Practical experience in the delivery of large digital transformation programs
Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels through clear, concise and impactful verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build, mentor and grow a high performing and cohesive team
Possesses excellent written and verbal communications.
Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience desirable
Experience of other industry verticals desired
Marketing in digital world an advantage
Adaptable to handle a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures
