We are Data@M&T About the Role As the Head of Data & Analytics for the Finance domain, you will be a part of a team that is obsessed with delivering results for customers, driving initiatives that make an impact to our communities while allowing you to build your skills and shape the direction of the rapidly growing team You will lead a cross-functional, and matrixed team accountable for the strategic direction and execution of a data, analytics, and insights strategy. You will translate business needs into focused deliverables by identifying business requirements, data sources, acquisition of data, undertaking robust data analysis and reporting translating facts into business insights You will leverage large internal data sets and external data/signals to understand customer trends and market opportunities for the business. You will surface insights on the productivity for our sales practice and products. You will create metrics and measure success of programs You will guide team in the development and delivery of meaningful data science capability solutions. You will build automated mechanisms for internal planning and reporting. Leverage data visualization and storytelling to build and manage dashboards and data reports for leadership that optimally communicate insights, findings, and recommendations You build and leverage relationships across the organization enabling you to invent new ways of diving deep with data and use of advanced analytics and AI ML to drive specific business outcomes that will help us serve our customers. You will measure effectiveness of and incrementality of utilization of high potential data sources, knowledge, and technology assets.
