Employment Type : Full-Time
Overview: St Luke’s is seeking two Guest Services Specialists for our Boise and Meridian hospitals. Do you have experience in patient services or patient registration? Do you have hospitality experience? This is a FULL TIME role that is eligible for our full benefits package: A strong, talented staff is at the heart of St. Luke’s Health System. We are the state’s largest employer with more than 15,000 employees and a medical staff of more than 1,800 physicians and advanced practice providers. We’re proud of our people who deliver skilled, compassionate care every day, and are looking to add dedicated individuals who will continue this same tradition of excellence.
The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional care for our patients and guests by offering them professional service and creating a memorable and rewarding patient experience. This role is like no other!
This person is the concierge of the hospital. They have to be multifaceted, great with people, able to network with management and many different teams, and have intuition to see when a need must be met.
Do you love customer service and have always wanted to join the hospital setting?
This is not a traditional ‘behind the desk’ role. Guest Services Specialists are on their feet for most of the day, moving around within the hospital making sure that patients needs are met. They show them to their appointments when they are lost, they help with their registration when the front desk is too full, they know the various departments and people in the hospital to send patients to the right person who can help them. If they don’t know the answer, then they know the right resource who will!
The perfect candidate for this role will be a professional who can carry themselves well in any setting and who will treat all our patients with kindness and respect.
The hours for this role are normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
