Position Summary: The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls, taking messages as appropriate, greeting office visitors and maintaining the lobby and reception area in a professional manner. The Guest Services Attendant coordinates conference room and visitor office assignments in conjunction with team members to ensure all requested services are provided including catering, equipment, supplies, videoconferencing, conference room scheduling and set up, and visitor office assignments. Additional tasks will include maintaining the general appearance, preparedness, cleanliness and stocking of the conference rooms, kitchens and pantries. This position works under general supervision and relies on instructions and pre-existing guidelines to perform the essential functions outlined below.
