Responsible for providing efficient and exceptional service to a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis; including, guests, potential guests, vendor partners and Holiday Inn Express and Suites team members. Opera experience is a huge plus. A key responsibility of this position is to create an experience which leave our guests feeling assured, settled in and optimistic about Holiday Inn Express. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent listening and telephone skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
