GSIP Global Marketing Manager – Adobe & Pega Organization: The candidate is responsible for the global marketing strategy and all channel marketing activities related to the related alliance partner(s). The candidate reports to both the Global DCX Partner Marketing Lead, GSIP and to the respective Partner Business Lead. Job Summary: The candidate is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, plan and execution/roll out for the alliance partnership working in close collaboration with the Business Partner Executive and the DCX Partner Marketing lead, GSIP in order to drive Capgemini’s revenue growth and profitability through the alliance portfolio of offers. The manager drives the development, launch and management of all marketing activities associated with joint partner solutions as defined in the MK plan. The manager develops effective sales enablement tools and works with GBUs/GBLs and Regional Marketing leads to position, promote and measure activities. Keys to success include the candidate’s ability to understand and execute against the business context and partnership strategy as outlined by the GSIP Partner Executive and the DCX Partner Marketing lead, GSIP, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and complex role. As well as liaising with key stakeholders from across Capgemini, the candidate must be able to develop trusted and effective working relationships with counterparts at the partner organization.
