GRAY LINE BUS DRIVER
Position Summary:
Gray Line of Tennessee, Nashville’s premiere tour and transportation company, is recruiting Bus Drivers for ALL departments due to our growing business. We have paid training and a CDL school available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to board and exit the bus and assist guests boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with coworkers, the general public, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, climb stairs multiple times each day, and tolerate a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Ability to adapt to stressful situations
  • Lifting 75 lbs for 20 minutes while loading up passenger baggage on a coach
Departments/Areas of Interest:
  • Tour Driver- drive a bus while giving a scripted tour
  • Sight Seeing Driver- drive a double Decker bus throughout the Nashville area
  • Local Charter Driver- drive a motor coach bus locally
  • OTR Charter Driver- drive a motor coach bus on multi-day trips
  • RTA Driver- drive a motor coach bus in the AM/PM for daily commuters
Education, Skill, and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CDL with a passenger endorsement preferred (CDL Training Class available)
  • must pass background check and drug test
  • Ability to adapt to stressful situations
  • Must be able to board and exit the bus and assist guests boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Shall be able to work week days and weekends
  • Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with coworkers, the general public, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, climb stairs multiple times each day, and tolerate a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be 21 years or older
Schedule:
  • Full-Time and Part-Time available; non-exempt
  • We are open 24/7 - 365 Days a year
  • Tuition Paid CDL School for non-CDL Holders (Full-Time Only)
