The Role / Position Overview Money-Media , a fast growing division of the FT, is an online media firm which provides news and intelligence for specialized businesses through their extensive suite of products. We are seeking a graphic designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Marketing Designer and marketing team to create engaging graphics across digital and print. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, but also open-minded to constructive feedback. In addition to having a clean, corporate design sense, he/she must have excellent organizational and communication skills; be extremely detail-oriented; deadline-focused; and possess strong production skills. Being flexible and able to tackle multiple projects simultaneously is a must. A design portfolio is required in order to apply. Key Responsibilities Develop and design marketing materials, including email templates, digital ads, printed conference materials, social media content, and more Assist Senior Marketing Designer with projects as needed Work with marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas Ensure that projects are completed according to deadlines Acquire in-depth knowledge of Money-Media’s brands and core audiences Other ancillary duties as assigned Required Skills / Experience Meticulous, organized and efficient Receptive to constructive criticism and can handle rejection of designs Excellent creative thinking, graphic design and typography skills Adept with Adobe Creative Cloud software, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop Proficiency in HTML and CSS Animation experience is preferred Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus Collaborative and team oriented, but also capable of working independently Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills What’s in it for you?
