Global Talent Development Specialist

Requisition Number 5244 Employment Type : Regular The Global Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for driving key initiatives related to the global talent strategy. This may include the design, development, and management of multiple projects geared to enhance or modify existing processes or the creation of new initiatives to meet identified needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, deployment, and evaluation of the global talent initiatives to be deployed across the organization, utilizing existing insights as well as external best practices.
- Oversee and manage a comprehensive needs analysis to understand current state pain points and articulate trends and change shifts, which will create the most impact in alignment with the target state.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, follow up to ensure high quality, on track and within budget programs.
- Manage project planning for large change initiatives such as performance management and onboarding transformations.
- Draft and manage talent communications across various projects ensuring proper overlap, messaging quality and timeless are met/exceeded.
- Create shared understanding and ownership of the talent agenda across key stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing supporting branding and internal communications.
- Lead design and delivery of talent project plans with clear outcomes and measures of success.
- Partner with the Talent Systems Administrator and Analyst to provide regular progress updates, transformation, and reporting, including presenting on program design to various stakeholders.
- Partner with Talent Tech Systems Admin to ensure technology tool innovation in an order to provide solutions for enhanced data insights.
- Initiatives may include business transformation projects, process improvements, new tools, and system implementation, as well as other initiatives that impact the employee experience.
- The role will require working closely with various levels across the organization.
- Work across broader work-streams and multiple global stakeholders and regions to understand, identify, and analyze dependencies on the talent process connected to all talent and performance initiatives.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Proven expertise in program management at a global level. Understanding of talent processes and programs at Worldwide.
- Manage, support, or occasionally lead delivering large-scale transformation programs.
- Track record of shaping and implementing strategies which develop and retain critical talent.
- Experience working as both an internal and external change agent.

- Ability to conceptualize with highly developed project management skills including, identifying, and leveraging resources, working with virtual teams & influencing others to deliver shared outcomes.
- Developed consulting / advisory skills to ideate and put forth innovative talent solutions and communications within the organization. Developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
- Background in Human Resources, Talent Management or Consulting preferred.
