The Intercompany Accountant will be a core member of our Global Controllership team and will be responsible for the end-to-end process of intercompany accounting. The position requires a high level of collaboration, partnering with the Global Tax Team, Regional Controllers and Finance Hubs across the world to ensure sound compliance and reporting. We are seeking an accounting professional who has experience in public accounting and/or a desire/experience to work in industry practice with a services technology company. This position will report to Assistant Global Controller.

Here’s What You’ll Do

    Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accounting and related financial reporting of all intercompany transactionsSupport the accurate and timely administration of intercompany related activities, including month end review, settlements, intercompany cash transfers, onboarding new entities, etc. Maintain database integrity and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all intercompany dataDevelop and maintain documentation of intercompany processes and controls for internal and external auditsEnsure tax, regulatory, legal, and SOX compliance requirements are met timely and accurately and in compliance with governing master service agreementsManage relationships with the PeopleSoft Techops Team supporting the various intercompany automationsDrive process improvement and innovation to scale the intercompany processRepresent the intercompany process as a subject matter specialist in mergers & acquisitions, automation opportunities, and other strategic projectsSupport the accurate reporting to external regulatory filingsLead finance education initiatives of intercompany, including distribution of educational materials, live presentations, facilitation of Q&A, and overall availability to support Regional Finance inquiries.Other responsibilities, tasks, and ad hoc requests as needed.
