?Slalom’s Global Services Operations group is hiring a Global Facilities Program Specialist on our Spaces Team to help us with our continued growth. This person will provide support to all of Slalom’s global offices for our facilities programs including Environmental/Social/Governance, coworking space and market support. This individual’s focus is to be proactively evaluating processes, identifying opportunities and enhancing the workplace experience. Collaborating with others, strong attention to detail, collecting/analyzing data and exceptional organizational skills are critical to this role.
The Spaces Team, based in Seattle, has oversight responsibilities for the full life cycle of all of Slalom’s offices world-wide including selection, leasing, designing, construction and set-up and ongoing facilities operations support for all of Slalom’s offices. Responsibilities
Market Support
- Primary triage for requests from the markets and property managers
- Track and support coworking space program lifecycle (setup/closeout, tracking and reporting)
- Serve as point of contact for our Accounts Payable team for rent/operating expense escalations
- Establish relationships with Office Operations global team
- Global services liaison with landlords and property managers
- Collaborate with Spaces Projects team on transition from a project to a program
- Support new hire orientation for new Office Operations members
ESG
- Support Environment Social Governance (ESG) initiatives including:
- data collection and analytics
- benchmarking and reporting
- supporting implementation of reduction activities/programs across all markets
- Stay current on operations best practices for emissions, energy, biodiversity, waste, and water
- Support implementation of ESG best practices across markets
- Identify and operationalize emissions reduction initiatives
- Actively collaborate with Corporate Social Responsibility Core team, Operations teams, Green Teams and stakeholders across Slalom
General
- Create and maintain service management knowledgebase articles
- Provide support and coordination to Global Facilities Program Manager
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5-7 years of experience with facilities/office management, operations or administrative support
- Experience with sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives in an enterprise environment preferred
- Experience collecting and reporting on data
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellent customer service
- Proven ability to set priorities and work independently while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, including senior leadership
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
