Job summary: The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Global Employment Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will contribute to the creation, development, and improvement of philosophies and approaches to our global employment program. You’ll be a member of the Total Rewards and Analytics team and you’ll apply structured and methodical approaches in the governance of pay practices, job classifications, leaves and absences, and employment practices. As a Global Employment Program Manager, you will partner with Total Rewards program managers and global HR teams to manage local employment requirements to create and deliver solutions that help achieve a positive associate experience and consistency in the delivery of HR services. While this role is posted in Raleigh, NC, location is flexible and qualified candidates across North America or Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) will be considered.Primary job responsibilities:
