The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the day-to-day store operations and business results. The GM has earned the position by consistently meeting and exceeding the fiscal and developmental goals of their store as an AGM, or comparable experience externally in a management role. GMs have prior management experience with a track record of flexibility and adaptability to constant change and may take on additional responsibilities within the organization.
