Responsibilities:

As leaders, our General Managers know how to provide a dynamic one-of-a-kind guest experience, increase profitability, champion their teams, and hire top talent:

• Culture: Create and maintain a culture that is family-oriented, fun, and positive
• Leadership: Lead by example and hands-on to develop a team who are engaged and passionate
• Customer Service: Deliver “100% Guest Satisfaction”! by consistently providing great service and food quality
• Standards: Understand and maintain all company brand standards
• Profitability: Responsible for optimizing and growing profits by building sales and controlling costs, labor, and production
• Health & Cleanliness: Go above and beyond all health, cleanliness, and safety standards

Who we look for:

• Individuals with a Passion for People, Food and Service
• 2+ years of experience as a manager working in a full service, fast casual, fast-food or Pizza restaurant
• Proven track record of building high performance teams
• Ability to effectively delegate responsibility
• Excellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently
• Financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, and P & L management
• Open availability to support all hours of business operation
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license'

Mountain Mike's Pizza is a chain of pizzerias mainly along the West Coast of the United States, primarily in Northern California. We are now present in Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona and Texas!

Pay: $59000 - $75000 per year
