Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, and providing appealing restaurant service; managing staff. The General Manager support coordinates all food service activities of restaurant establishment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages employees in La Brea Bakery Disney Café. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Cafe. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
