We are hiring General Labor/Machine Operators to work in our Mansfield Production Facility. Employees will operate a variety of equipment and perform many types of production and maintenance related functions in the manufacturing and processing of flooring products.

The starting rate will vary based on experience, this is a full-time position with benefits. Our employees work four 10-hour shifts the hours will be 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday. The shift will be steady and will not rotate.

Responsibilities:

  • Running state of the art manufacturing machinery
  • Measuring, weighing raw materials and filling silos
  • Ensuring product quality is accurate
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Packaging goods to be shipped
  • Storing goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse

Required Experience:
  • Must work safely.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees.
  • Demonstrates good mechanical or hands-on skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess an excellent work ethic, including good attendance.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Forklift and hand truck experience preferred

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time, occasionally kneeling and bending.
