Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality of food by following exact specifications and recipes.
- Maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of recipes, specifications and procedures to ensure food quality standards are met each and every day.
- Follows USDA guidelines for food processing, packaging, storing and shipping.
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards in the commissary and keeps the immediate area clean and organized.
- Maintains a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times.
- Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for food storage, preparation and handling, following every health guideline and procedure at all times.
