THE POSITION:We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Dentist to join our team in Peoria, IL and surrounding cities within a 2 hour radius to include Springfield, Moline, Quincy and Danville.
You must enjoy making a difference in the lives of the geriatric population. As a 1099 contractor, we offer you an opportunity to provide reasons to smile!
Our expert clinical teams handle all the logistics including scheduling as well as a certified Dental Assistant responsible for the portable equipment and supplies. REQUIREMENTS:

• Active state Dentist license in good standing.
• Background in medically oriented or geriatric emphasis preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience preferred.
• Willingness to drive a 1-3 hour radius.
• Current TB test (within the last year).
• Personal liability insurance.

• Problem solving — Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Customer service — Manage difficult client/customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.
• Planning/organizing — Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
• Quality control/Attention to detail — Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Adaptability — Adapt to changes in work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
• Dependability — Consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance.
• Able to work in team environment.
• Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.
