A1 Garage Door Service, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, is seeking a positive, high energy person, great customer service, self-starter to assist with the expansion of A1 Garage door Service This technician will be tasked with helping set up the office, run calls in the market as part of the soft opening.

What we need from you:

• Drive traffic to our Social Media sites and ensure we are given a 5 star service to our first customers in this market.
• Utilize their network and other out of the box idea to generate traffic for soft opening (friends, family deals, church directories, sports teams, etc.)
• Assist in recruiting efforts before the grand opening by having potential technicians ride along to see the job firsthand.
• Complete service calls to fix customers garage doors.
• Install any doors that are sold.

Compensation:

• $1,000 Bi-weekly Base
• 8% Commission rate on Service & Sales Margin
• $10 Paid for Google, Yelp reviews
• Bi-weekly Guarantee
• Market Expansion Tech will not earn less than $1500 Gross Pay per Paycheck
• Bonus Compensation $1,000
• 20 customer video testimonials in the new market
• 10 Pictures of different landmarks in the city

Training:

Phase 1 of training will be at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona for approximately 3 weeks. Phase 2 will be in your market where you will have your own vehicle, service jobs and set up the warehouse for that market. Phase 3 you will then return to Phoenix for 4 additional weeks of training. Market Expansion Tech will then transition into one of 3 roles (Sales and Service Tech, Door Installer, or Product Specialist) when the market officially launches. That position will be determined by the interest of the employee as well as their aptitude and skill set for that job. Earning potential will be based on role selection once market opens.

Do you have installation, technician, construction experience? Garage Door experience needed is not needed, We will train you!
