Position Opening Marlborough School Theater Instructor 2021-2022 School Year Marlborough School, an independent, college preparatory school in Los Angeles for 530 young women in grades 7-12, seeks a dynamic theater instructor to join the faculty for the 2021 2022 School year. The Performing Arts Department at Marlborough believes that there are interrelationship and interdependence among all disciplines in the arts. The Performing Arts Department offers a full range of courses in dance, theater, and music. The ideal candidate should possess, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater or a related field of study, have at least 5 years teaching experience in middle (7-9) and upper (10-11) school, experience directing a variety of productions, and expertise in technical theater, or lighting, set, sound, or costume design.
