Job summary
Full Stack Engineer to continue development on the Intercept Research Tool (IRT), which launched in early 2021. The IRT displays a question to customers in order to collect their feedback about Amazon Business when they are currently using it.

The IRT development team is part of the Voice of the Customer org, whose mission is to improve the CX for customers by providing insights from customer data to AB's product teams.

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Previous experience developing design systems featuring component libraries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with scrum or kanban methodology for agile software development
  • Experience designing software architecture for scalability, reliability and performance
  • A passion for people management, mentoring and operational excellence
