Summary/Objective The primary responsibility of a Fulfillment Specialist is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client and agency promotional items. The Fulfillment Specialist interacts closely with the Supervisor regarding specially packaged orders and allocated inventory. The Fulfillment Specialist must be proactive and self-directed in all order fulfillment functions and alert the Supervisor of any problems related to promotional item quality and quantity. The employee is subject to loud noises, vibrations, hard-working surfaces and inherent hazards of a forklift operator’s work. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of product on a daily basis. Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching. Work on ladders and possible exposure to slippery and uneven surfaces. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Typical days and hours of part time work are Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional weekend work may be required.
