Outreach is seeking a qualified candidate for a FT Administrative Assistant to work in our outpatient unit located in Brentwood, Long Island. The FT Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support service to the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director while managing and prioritizing requests from other staff on site to insure the ongoing daily support services for the unit. They are also responsible for the accurate collection, tracking, and financial reimbursement of client fees. The schedule is 35-hour: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm; Wednesday, Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm and potential Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. There is flexibility in the schedule.
