Front Office Manager - Director of Smiles

We are a dynamic and growing family-owned real estate brokerage with 5 offices located across Houston. We believe in having fun, building relationships, and treating team members like family. We are seeking an individual who can plan and execute our vision for exceeding expectations in our newest office in Katy, TX as the role of Director of Smiles to provide a top-notch customer experience!

$16 - $20 hourly

• A SMILE and UPBEAT personality at all times
• Build existing relationships with our agents
• Greet guests and agents and answer phones with a smile!
• Assist in increased business exposure in the Katy local market
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Reach out and coordinate monthly office events
• Build business relationships through industry partners through marketing relationships
• Weekly admin tasks would center around onboarding new agents to the brokerage family and ordering supplies for existing agents.
• Research community opportunities for the different offices.
• Participate in regular training and education requirements to continuously improve skill
• Attend weekly staff one-on-one update calls with the broker
• Update online presence and ask past clients for google reviews
• Increase participation in the offices.
• Special Projects!

• Previous experience in the customer service industry
