Our Front Office Lead is called Patient Support Lead here at Results and they are a critical part of our clinic’s infrastructure as they serve as the liaison between patients, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and oversee the Support Staff team. Results Patient Support Leads are skilled in multitasking front desk administrative duties in a fun, fast-paced environment while delivering a quality personal experience for every patient. They are exemplary leaders of a dedicated and hardworking team, and are essential in contributing to our clinic’s success by administering Support Staff training and performance management, while also communicating changes to policies, procedures, and managing the referral process.
Responsibilities:- Ensure support staff are accurately completing duties as assigned.
- Provide ongoing training and performance management of Support Staff.
- Communicate policy and procedural changes to the team.
- Work closely with the Clinic Director to ensure clinic performance goals are met.
- Communicate with the District Operations Leader and District Patient Support Lead regarding staff or clinic concerns.
- Schedule new and existing patients: obtain pre-certification, authorization, prepare patient charts as appropriate, and process discharged charts.
- Enter new patient demographics and insurance information into system accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Fax, file, and maintain log for physician approval of evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Collect payments and manage cash box and bank deposit.
- Process medical records requests for active patients.
- Track referral and visit information to prepare weekly statistical reports.
- Prepare supply orders and maintain adequate inventory with regards to clinic budget.
- Monitor clinic appearance and cleanliness, insure infection control policies are maintained and documented appropriately in record logs.
- Schedule regular fire and safety drills.
Qualifications:- Experience in team management.
- Possess the ability to prioritize, organize, delegate, and execute tasks in a changing environment.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to include effective verbal and written communication.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, and possess the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Willingness to travel and work at other Results clinics as needed.
- Ability to work as needed during clinic’s hours of operation: 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
