Front of House Full Time/Part Time Team Member $14.00-$16.75 /hr

The Front of House Team Member position fulfills any guest facing roles such as:

• Front Counter roles: Dining Attendant, Cashier, Order Runner, Order Expediters
• Drive-Thru roles: Headset Order Taking, Drive-Thru Window, Shakes & Beverage Maker, Food Bagger, Outside Server, Stocker, iPOS Order Taking

• 
  Required minimum of at least 37.5 hours per week for Full Time team members. Part Time team members eligible for $14/hr and a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Must be available to work either Friday or Saturday
• Willing to work hard and complete tasks as needed
• Ensuring guests are greeted and served in a proactive, genuine and personal manner while maintaining an appropriate speed of service.

Pay Rate

Morning Shift: $16/hr

Night Shift: $16.75/hr

• No previous experience is necessary. We provide on the job training for all responsibilities and tasks

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
