We are hiring:

  • Front of House Restaurant Manager, Full Time Salaried Position - This is a Benefits Eligible position!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front of house functions and operations
  • Lead front of house team, including training employees, organizing and supervising shifts
  • Assign and instruct staff in details of work; observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
  • Communicate with employees effectively, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions, and provide accurate information
  • Complete all daily pre- and post-manager shift duties
  • Ensure on-time delivery of food at the highest level of service
  • Ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in dining and event areas
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any unexpected issues as they arise
  • Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality plus 2+ years in a Restaurant Leadership role
  • In lieu of a Hospitality Degree, 5+ years of Restaurant Leadership experience required
  • Expert knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverage, service techniques, and guest interaction
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic and caring
  • Must be able to push and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects.
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary
  • Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Driver's license with good driving record
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • TIPS Certified
