Role/ Responsibilities

• Professional brand ambassador for guests
• Able to lead front of house/ guest experience team
• Responsible for growing sales and effectively communicating goals and targets
• Can train, coach, and develop employees in customer service as well as maintain a positive relationship with employees
• Create and enforce employee practices and policies
• Enforce clean, neat, and organized standards
• Able to handle and resolve customer complaints
• Full knowledge of POS system, handheld, comping, voiding, printing receipts, basic troubleshooting, refunds, etc.
• Able to execute an effective opening and closing checklist as well as set up sampling station
• Has a full understanding of 7Shifts app
• Ability to write an effective week to week schedule based on the business needs and utilizes effective templates
• Able to lead front of house with proper staffing and positioning during peak hours
• Has an understanding of all positions in front of house and can work and train positions effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
